Ann Rieder, CFP®
Founder and President
Ms. Ann Rieder is a seasoned Certified Financial Planner™ with over 25 years of experience in financial planning and investment management. As a CFP®, Ann understands the complexities of the changing financial climate and works with her clients to develop comprehensive plans for their financial futures. She brings a wealth of expertise in areas such as intergenerational wealth management, and investment strategies for individuals, 401(k) retirement plans and philanthropic organizations.
Ann is the Founder and President of Regatta Wealth Management LLC, a financial planning and investment management firm based on Chicago’s North Shore. Her firm focuses on strategic investment management with a personalized approach to financial planning including counselling multi-generational families as they address the financial goals of each generation.
Prior to founding Regatta Wealth Management LLC, Ann served as a Managing Director at VennWell, where she delivered financial planning and financial consulting solutions. In her previous position as a Managing Director and Partner with HighTower Advisors, she led the Central Division throughout the Midwest and Florida. Prior to that, Ann spent 15 years at Smith Barney and Morgan Stanley Smith Barney in a number of leadership roles across the U.S., most recently as a Senior Vice President and Branch Manager of a top Private Client and Corporate Services branch.
Ann is active in her community, as she currently serves as a Park District Commissioner for the Lake Bluff Park District and teaches personal finance through the Junior Achievement Financial Literacy program to high school students throughout the Chicago area. Ann holds the FINRA Series 7, 9, 10, 63 & 65 registrations. She is a graduate of Drake University, where she earned a BA in Economics and Political Science. Ann resides in Lake Bluff, IL with her two daughters, Elizabeth and Grace.

Susan L. Kelsey. Prior to joining Regatta Wealth Management LLC, Susan was a Financial Advisor with Merrill Lynch | Bank of America where she delivered financial planning and financial consulting solutions. Susan understands the complexities of the changing financial climate and works with her clients to develop comprehensive plans for their financial futures. She brings a wealth of expertise in areas such as intergenerational wealth management, and investment strategies for individuals, 401(k) retirement plans and philanthropic organizations. She has a masters in health law from DePaul University and a business degree from The University of Iowa.
Susan is the President of the Mitchell Museum of the American Indian and past president of the Lake Forest/Lake Bluff Chamber of Commerce. Susan lives in Lake Forest with her husband, Dr. Robert Musacchio.
